Surfing stands for Internet and the Dormouse is based on Alice in wonderland (Thx Tom ).

The small Dormouse was giving short speeches, providing some pieces of expertise. This species is also famous for its capacity to collaborate with other dormouse by exchanging tips, alerts… I strongly believe that every groups, societies, companies, governments should collaborate in a much deeper way in order to increase their reactivity, responsiveness, efficiency……

I’m currently working in the online travel industry as a “social media” (I really don’t like this expression) guy. My experience in the travel domain is quite short but I’ve been related to the social & community era for quite a few years already. I always try to think from a customer point of view and see how this can help improve businesses & their engagement with their communities (customers, fans, providers…)

This blog is the sum of my readings, meetings, ideas… and is, on purpose, focusing on certain things, particular details… As it is the case on many blogs, the comments are open. HOWEVER, I prefer to tell you right now that any comment which will be a pure, non-constructive critic, will be deleted. I’m open to all kind of discussions and arguments but I can’t, and don’t want, to manage useless trollers. I will consequently delete any comment related to what I just stated.
